Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for ClaudeN AI. It applies to prepaid balance purchased through our website and forms part of our Terms of Service.
1. Prepaid balance
Our service is prepaid: you add balance to your account and are charged per token as you use the API. Because usage is metered, refunds apply only to the unused portion of your balance.
2. Eligibility (14-day unused balance)
You may request a refund of any unused prepaid balance within 14 days of the top-up that funded it. Credit that has already been consumed (tokens used) is not refundable. Promotional or bonus credit has no cash value and is not refundable.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account with your account username and the approximate date and amount of the top-up. We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before processing.
4. Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal or the original USDT wallet) within 5 to 10 business days. Network or provider fees, and any amount already consumed, may be deducted from the refunded sum.
