Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ClaudeN AI ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
ClaudeN AI provides a unified API gateway that relays requests to third-party large language model providers. We do not own or operate the underlying models and are not responsible for their outputs.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and API keys, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
3. Billing & credit
The Service is prepaid. You purchase credit and are billed per token based on each model's published input and output pricing. Charges are deducted from your balance as you use the Service. Payments are accepted in USDT (TRC20 / ERC20 / BEP20) and via PayPal. You may request a refund of your unused prepaid balance within 14 days of a top-up; credit that has already been consumed (tokens used) is non-refundable. Promotional credit has no cash value, is non-refundable, and may expire. See our Refund Policy for details.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate content that violates applicable law or the policies of upstream providers, to abuse rate limits, to resell access in violation of these terms, or to attempt to circumvent billing or security controls.
5. Availability
We strive for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Upstream provider outages, maintenance, or changes may affect availability and model behavior.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaudeN AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount of credit on your account.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
