We collect the account information you provide (such as username and email), payment metadata needed to credit your balance, and technical data such as API usage, token counts, timestamps, and IP addresses used for security and billing.

2. Request content

To deliver responses, the prompts and completions you send are relayed to the upstream model provider you select. We retain only the metadata required for usage metering and billing; we do not sell your prompt content.

3. How we use information

We use your information to operate the Service, meter and bill usage, prevent fraud and abuse, provide support, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Security

API keys are stored hashed, traffic is served over HTTPS, and balances are verified server-side. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

5. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required to meet legal and accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account.

6. Your choices

You can update your account details, rotate or revoke API keys, and contact us to request access to or deletion of your personal data.
